In 2019 Rox & Jo were eagerly on a mission to establish themselves as creative forces in the areas of writing and production . Rox enjoyed concept development, budget, project management and logistics, while Jo enjoyed writing, editing, and tethering ideas for final assemblage.
Big on girl power and inspired by women around the world who laid the foundation for others to build upon in the industry, Rox & Jo decided to form a uniquely curated company that could help others be successful in their craft. Not wanting of a basic name for this endeavor, one fall evening they stumbled upon the word Pistil and learned that a Pistil is the female "producing" organ of a flower. In fact, it is the pistil that powers growth! Rox & Jo truly believe harnessing their "flower power" lends that special touch, quality of show, that has the ability to create, organize, troubleshoot, and produce a full-bodied, "white glove" experience. Not limited to one niche, Rox & Jo quicky realized they were indeed Packing Pistils...and it is so.
